'Blown and Thrown' at The Loft

Yesterday was the opening of my joint exhibition with potter Adam Frew: 'Blown+Thrown' at the Loft Gallery, Portaferry.  There was a really good turn out and a very encouraging response to our work.  It's a very pretty setting, quite rustic with painted stone walls and bare floorboards, and an amazing view of the sea front.

The gallery is above the tourist information centre, very close to Exploris, the aquarium!

The Exhibition will run until 28th July so there's still plenty of time to view the work.   The Portaferry Gala Festival week runs from Saturday 14th July until Friday 20th July, and I hear it's worth a visit, particularly to see the Gala and Float parade on the evening of Friday 20th July!
